Protection of the environment and natural resources

Corporate social responsibility as a commitment to the people in the company and in society

At Trenkwalder, the focus is on people. The social added value of Trenkwalder as a personnel service provider lies in finding suitable work for as many people as possible and strengthening their skills. Our social responsibility is reflected in many very different areas:

  • Supporting social projects such as the association "Hilfe von Mensch zu Mensch e.V.", the association "Immersatt Kinder- und Jugendtische", the "Wünschewagen" of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) Munich

  • Integration assistance for refugees

  • Ongoing further training for our employees in the company's own e-academy

  • Flexible models for balancing work and family life

  • Regular health days for ergonomic behavior and free occupational health screenings and aptitude tests

  • Feedback through employee satisfaction surveys

Our uniform standards are based on our uniform procedures and consistent process orientation. This forms the basis for the productivity and success of our processes and tools.

Protection of the environment and natural resources
