Your Tasks

The Product Line Manager oversees the C2 Product in collaboration with various units. A C2 is one element of the digital product line, providing a digital platform for our partner to increase efficiency and effectiveness in line with our partner's digital transformation strategy. The product manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing this product, including strategic planning and ensuring user experience, as well as meeting global business needs.

Tasks

Developing C2 Product vision and roadmap
Lead product development
Analyze business needs, prioritize enhancements
Ensure optimal product service delivery
Manage team, budget, and financial resources
Oversee supplier relationships and performance reviews
Monitor and report product performance and user engagement
Product governance and team management
Analyze license consumption
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
Ensure product compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Drive organizational-wide change management and communications

Your Qualifications

Hard skills

5+ years of product management experience
Experience in leading and managing large teams in a matrix-based organization
3 years of experience in business applications development and support
3 years of experience in the roll-out, maintenance, upgrades, and customizations of C2-product line products
4+ years of experience in business requirements analysis
Experience in contract and supplier management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer sciences
Knowledge and content management certification OR equivalent experience with a proven 3 year track record in enterprise knowledge and content management
