We can fill shortage occupations, we can bring in workers from abroad for all the jobs on the exclusion list, from skilled worker to senior manager.

Due to our close relationship with foreign recruitment companies, we also offer online interviews and a more complex screening process. Pre-screened candidates can be met by our partners based on the criteria they require, tests can be done in written/video format/so called trade tests for say welders, forklift drivers, drivers and skilled labour where the right materials and tools are used to perform the different process.

It is also possible to measure back during an interview. They undergo pre-employment testing in English, undergo a complementary medical examination, which ensures that 100% of the workers who arrive here pass the medical examination, thus reducing the risk factor.

In addition to recruitment and selection, we also handle immigration, registration and payroll. As for all the tasks related to temporary employment, we can take care of them for your company. The client needs to submit a precise, specific order, sign documents and we provide them with the right workforce for 2+1 years with a lower turnover rate than domestic workers (depending on the industry, the turnover rate of foreign workers ranges from 5-10%).
