The German Speaking Dispute Management Coordinator plays a key role in resolving invoice disputes, supporting cash collection activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve payment processes and customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

  • Manage disputed invoices in cooperation with colleagues in Germany and Hungary
  • Follow up with resolver teams to ensure timely and effective dispute resolution
  • Investigate issues and identify root causes by collaborating with Account Managers, Sales, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in conference calls with internal teams involved in dispute management
  • Take ownership of disputes within an assigned customer portfolio
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Monitor and track dispute resolution activities to ensure targets and deadlines are met

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection, or Dispute Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to identify root causes and work collaboratively toward solutions
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in developing SAP and Lean process improvement knowledge


Nice to have

  • Experience working in an SSC environment
  • SAP knowledge
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience managing customer accounts or complex dispute cases
