Our international manufacturing partner is looking for an experienced International Payroll Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a regional payroll team and ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll operations across multiple countries.

Your Tasks

  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end payroll activities across various regions
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to payroll team members
  • Monitor payroll quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
  • Manage complex payroll cases and resolve operational escalations
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and external service providers
  • Maintain payroll controls and ensure adherence to internal procedures
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives
  • Analyze payroll performance and recommend process enhancements
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement projects
  • Contribute to strategic payroll and workforce-related initiatives

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in payroll operations within an international environment
  • Previous team coordination or people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll controls, taxation concepts, and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
