Feladatok

Office related activity:

  • continuous contact with landlord and suppliers - cleaning service, archiving company, etc.
  • kitchen supply and office stationery orders
  • Ownership of desk booking tool (Tidaro), registration of employees in the system, updates of user database, handling user requests, communication with the service provider.

 

Company car and pool car fleet coordination:

  • Active participation in purchase and sell of the cars
  • Continuous contact with suppliers, e.g. maintenance company, insurance
  • Coordination of maintenance, e.g. tire changes, damages, car wash
  • Administration – penalties, monitoring of fuel consumption, fleet budget follow up, full administration from purchase until sell
  • Coordination of car lease/ rental

 

HR related administration

  • Support of monthly payroll preparation:
    • creating attendance report (incl. absence)
    • preparing file for commuting reimbursements
    • Follow up administration of employee on- and offboarding
  • Employee Health Services related administration – mandatory check ups, private health care

 

Finance, invoicing related tasks (in Prorex system) and Budgeting:

  • raise of General Affairs and Company Car Fleet related Purchase Orders of the scope based on purchasing information
  • accepting supplier invoices, system administration
  • contact suppliers and finance department in case of payment problems
  • active participation in reporting of invoices and costs, budgeting
