Your Tasks

- Handling customer inquiries via email and/or phone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Updating databases and internal systems
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- Fluent English and Serbian language skills
- Basic computer skills (user-level knowledge)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and reliability
- Openness to working in an international environment
Nice to have
- Experience in an SSC environment
- Background in administration, customer service, or finance
