Your Tasks
- Responding to support queries through phone, email, and tools
- Ensuring daily communication with users across Europe
- Addressing IT issues faced by our partners during office operations
- Documenting and logging calls in the ticketing system
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Enhancing customer satisfaction levels
Your Qualifications
- Business English and fluent Romanian
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Windows (7, 8, 10) and MS Office
- Logical thinker
- Excellent communication
