Your Tasks

Corporate Travel (50%)

  • Manage the travel team mailbox and support employees with travel inquiries
  • Assist with travel bookings and resolve booking issues
  • Maintain user accounts and corporate credit card profiles
  • Communicate with external travel providers and maintain supplier relationships
  • Validate travel-related invoices and track cost savings
  • Handle system administration for new starters/leavers and prepare ad hoc reports.


P2P Procurement (50%)

  • Provide system support to global employees using procurement tools
  • Review and approve orders (shopping carts) in SRM
  • Create Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support adherence to purchasing policies
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and general P2P queries
  • Support category managers with sourcing tasks and general procurement administration
  • Manage incoming email requests

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise independently and manage workload based on urgency
  • Flexible, adaptable, and supportive with all administrative tasks
  • Self‑motivated and eager to learn internal systems and processes
  • Understanding of the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle
  • Experience with SRM, SAP, KDS NEO is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the corporate travel industry is a plus
  • Basic commercial awareness
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong numerical and critical‑thinking abilities
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
