The Coordinator acts as a single point of contact for end-user customers and the sales team regarding information, qualification, and delivery of international solutions across multiple countries and an international partner network. The role primarily supports product-related and non-complex service solutions.
Your Tasks
- Prepare and complete management information using relevant business tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
- Prioritise and coordinate your own work as well as the schedules of others to meet business and customer needs and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle a variety of administrative and organisational tasks.
- Communicate effectively and perform pre-qualification of complex issues to meet business requirements and prevent escalations.
- Manage, improve, and monitor various administrative processes.
- Collaborate on projects and support special assignments.
- Document processes and create standard operating procedures.
- Follow internal information security policies and report any potential or actual security incidents or risks.
Your Qualifications
- Strong ability to plan and organise both personal workload and that of others.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Solid administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Commercial awareness and business understanding.
