The Contractual Services Specialist in the Budapest Centre of Excellence plays a key role in ensuring that maintenance services are properly purchased, managed, and aligned with customer requirements. The position focuses on handling service-related processes, supporting administrative operations, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to efficient service delivery and business performance by managing contractual and maintenance processes and ensuring close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
Your Tasks
- Process maintenance and manufacturer-related requests
- Create service orders in SAP and manage orders through manufacturer systems
- Prepare and issue appropriate service quotations
- Manage and maintain asset data within manufacturer tools
- Perform plausibility checks related to maintenance and manufacturer services
- Support the achievement of revenue targets
- Handle incidents reported by the Maintenance Helpdesk in a timely manner
- Manage invoice clarification and resolve billing-related issues
- Register and manage different service levels according to manufacturer specifications
- Support cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert (SME)
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in a relevant purchasing or administrative role within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- High level of cost awareness
- Experience working in virtual or international teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
