We are looking for a Buyer on behalf of our partner, a newly established automotive company, with a strong international and market-leading background!


If you have experience in procurement, speak English fluently, and are open to travel, don’t hesitate to apply!

Your Tasks

  • Proactively source and purchase materials to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation for timely dispatch of supplies and parts
  • Verify barcodes and logistics details to guarantee accurate deliveries
  • Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with logistics partners
  • Handle invoicing and maintain accurate shipping records
  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with standards
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor product and process quality
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Keep vendor files organized and up to date
  • Maintain comprehensive purchasing and inventory documentation
  • Review product specifications to ensure procurement aligns with requirements
  • Provide purchasing support and insights to management for strategic decisions

Your Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in reporting, invoicing, inventory management, and data analysis
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
  • Adaptability and openness to change in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized
  • Strong numerical skills for inventory tracking, calculations, and measurements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • A problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new tools and industry trends
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
