Integration Specialist (French or German Speaking )

Your Tasks

  • Implement new integrations within defined standards on both the customer and vendor side
  • Act as the point of contact and coordinate the complete implementation of your project internally
  • Support integrations by carrying out agreed Business as Usual (BAU) activities for each situation, such as general data maintenance, handling minor changes during ongoing operations, managing incidents, and any related specific activities
  • Create and update documentation for each integration in the agreed format and appropriate detail
  • Act as a Subjec Matter Expert for customer/vendor integrations in the context of operational support end to end, also in direct exchange with vendor/customer contacts
  • Support internal colleagues in day-to-day business 
  • Advise responsible roles on training needs and support their elaboration
  • Deliver trainings for defined integrations or general topics
  • Support the development and implementation of enhancements and technical releases of our solutions
  • Actively contribute to the elaboration of enhancements and ensure appropriate test activities to confirm the functionality delivered matches the requirements/design specifications and mitigate any detrimental effects of a deployment on other features/processes
  • Support the management of service providers and their platforms used in the context of integrations
  • Carry out individually agreed administrative activities in the context of eCommerce/vendor B2B.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of integrations
  • Fluency in English AND German/French
  • You possess detailed knowledge of customer or vendor integrations
  • Experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT supply chain and service processes
  • You excel at collaborating and maintaining a constructive network of relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, high resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities
