Now you can join us as an intern, where you will support the sales team.
Your Tasks
- Work on sales rolling plan including production, whole sales, retail sales and stock.
- Prepare TIV analysis, segment analysis and MG MS performance review.
- Establish sales funnel management process and manage, track and analyse sales funnel.
- Tracking Distributors’ target achievement and stock level.
- Monitor the effective of promotion policy, and finish policy payment calculation.
- Monthly sales data collection, analysis and upload preparation.
- Distributor sales order input, resource allocation and tracking.
- Production demand calculation and product tracking.
- Collaborate with Country Sales Managers to achieve the targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process.
- All other tasks related to the job superior entrusts with.
Your Qualifications
- Chinese and English language knowledge
- Quick thinker with strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new tasks
- Excellent team player with strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills
- Highly responsible and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong competence in Excel for data analysis and PPT for report
- Excellent verbal and written negotiations and communication skill
- Accurate, punctual and independent working ability
