Your Tasks

  • Responding to support queries through phone, email, and tools
  • Ensuring daily communication with users across Europe
  • Addressing IT issues faced by our partners during office operations
  • Documenting and logging calls in the ticketing system
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction levels

Your Qualifications

  • Business English and fluent Serbian; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Windows (7, 8, 10) and MS Office
  • Logical thinker
  • Excellent communication
  • Multitasking abilities
