Senior Hr Generalist
Feladataim
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance
- Preparing documents for monthly payroll closing, control and monitor payroll related payments for employees
- Managing employee relations on daily basis, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
Az Ön képzettségi szintje
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation in Hungary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
