This position is responsible for designing and implementing the technical elements of the Minimum Technology Blueprint, ensuring that national subsidiaries have a robust digital infrastructure.
It is a fixed-term contract (24 months) with possible extensions.
Your Tasks
- Developing digital architecture and IT security strategies
- Optimizing and managing network, cloud, and security systems
- Assessing the technological maturity of national subsidiaries and providing strategic guidance
- Collaborating with global partners and managing IT projects
- Implementing IT infrastructure and Microsoft-based solutions (M365, Azure, Defender)
- Leading teams, conducting training, and mentoring professionals
Your Qualifications
- Degree in IT engineering
- Excellent English communication skills
- 8+ years in IT infrastructure and data center management
- 5+ years leading complex international IT projects
- 3+ years managing security systems and cloud-based infrastructure
- Strong PowerShell expertise
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft M365/Azure Security, CCNA)
- Analytical mindset, teamwork, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
