We are looking for Head of development department on behalf of our international company in Miskolc.
Feladataim
- Lead the Execution Team to implement concept design from Product team into local production or buyout suppliers, with support of purchasing, quality, logistic, and engineering expertise teams.
- Allocates and prioritize resources (HC and budget) to business needs
- Nominates team members to projects, serial support, cost saving, quality, promotions and ALR projects and postponement projects
- Industrialize all products in the region on-time, on-budget and on-quality
- Define and drive implementation strategy and efficiency (shorter duration, less HC/project, design maturity)
- Lead the Test Center to the future Verification and Validation needs of system (product /HW &embedded SW)
- Supply reliable and appropriate data (test results) for customers in required time and quality
- Reduce testing through put time via strengthened usage of automatised tests including HALT (highly accelearted life tests) and doing the right tests to support the strategic goal to reduce project timelines and deliver systems into the market right from the beginning
