Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. They are currently seeking Polish speaking First Line Analysts, to join their Budapest team and collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve user IT issues.
Your Tasks
- Handling support queries via tools, phone, and email, maintaining daily contact with users across Europe.
- Resolving IT issues related to office work.
- Logging and documenting calls in the ticketing system.
- Escalating unresolved issues to relevant teams.
- Ensuring and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent English and Polish; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong interest in resolving IT issues.
- Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10, and MS Office.
- Logical thinker with quick problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Team player.
