Your Tasks
- Leading the accounting team, communicating goals and deadlines.
- Monitoring team performance and reporting on KPIs.
- Ensuring monthly closing controls and reconciliations.
- Handling problematic transactions or cases and overseeing processes.
- Supporting and testing the implementation of new projects and processes.
- Participating in the selection, training, and motivation of team members.
- Contributing to audits and report preparation.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in finance or economics, IFRS knowledge is a plus.
- Leadership experience in the accounting field.
- Strong written and spoken English skills, additional language is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, motivational skills.
- Innovative and team-oriented mindset representing Diaverum's values.
