Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. We are currently seeking German speaking Service Coordinators to the Budapest team, we would like to extend their Customer Service site.
Your Tasks
- Single Point of Contact between End users and Onsite Engineers
- Support End-to-End Product Management Lifecycle
- Use IT Service Management tools
- Quality check and process requests/incidents via ticketing tools, mailbox, and phone
- Ensure agreed service levels within delivery
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Monitor and escalate tickets according to company processes
- Handle exceptions in the process
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Quick learner, open to IT Service Delivery processes and tools
- Strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Young professionals starting/continuing a career
Preferred:
- 0-1 years of experience in service desk/logistics/customer service or back-office
- Confident in communication with internal/external customers
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and MS-Office (Word/Excel)
- Able to work under supervision and independently
- Skilled in prioritizing
- Organized, structured, result-oriented
- Enjoys complex challenges
