Senior Business Operations Specialist

What we offer

We are looking for a senior business operations specialist to help us optimize our processes, systems, and resources across our organization.

Your Tasks

Execute on key Marketing business processes that are critical to the functioning of Marketing Operations in the CEMA region.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Develop and implement business process improvement projects, such as workflow redesign, system integration, and data management.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of business processes, using metrics, and feedback.
Provide business operations support and guidance to various teams and departments.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration and ensure alignment between teams.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials for business processes and systems.

Your Qualifications

High level of English proficiency.
High level of personal efficiency and ability to deliver.
Good mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and tools to drive decision making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to various audiences.
Self-learner, able to learn new tools and processes fast and execute them.
Experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Project and Power Automate is a plus.
Certification in business process improvement or project management is a plus.
