Our Client is looking for a Finance & Supply Chain Coordinator to join its team in a dynamic automotive OEM environment in Kecskemét. The role focuses on material planning, order coordination, and analysis of material usage and costs. We welcome applications from career starters with a financial/controlling mindset and strong English skills who are eager to build their career in automotive logistics.
Your Tasks
- Handling and coordinating orders in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Maintaining close cooperation with Mercedes (OEM) partners and internal stakeholders
- Planning material requirements based on short- and long-term forecasts
- Ensuring continuous material availability in line with the customer’s production plan
- Coordinating all product deliveries to the customer site
- Managing inventory levels and preventing the build-up of obsolete materials
- Handling material shortages and coordinating new material introductions
- Analyzing monthly material consumption and cost per unit trends (actual vs. planned, per model)
- Supporting customer billing and invoicing processes
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to material usage
- Preparing reports using BI tools
Your Qualifications
- Degree or vocational qualification (OKJ) in finance, controlling, economics, or a related field
- Fluent English is essential (direct manager is non-Hungarian)
- Experience or knowledge in planning and scheduling (MRP / SAP / EDI systems are an advantage)
- High level of computer literacy (Excel, BI tools)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- German language skills are an advantage
