We are looking for an experienced NMS Platform Engineer to join our market-leading telecommunications partner's team and take ownership of network monitoring systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a large-scale infrastructure.
Your Tasks
- Take technical ownership of the entire NMS estate (servers and applications)
- Ensure systems meet operational and contractual requirements
- Oversee service quality assurance, performance monitoring, and SLA reporting
- Lead and guide a remote team of system specialists
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including test procedures and reports
Your Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Tester in OSS system development, especially in Service Assurance (performance monitoring and reporting)
- Hands-on experience with Unix and Windows operating systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with large IP networks, cloud-based solutions, and Linux hardware environments
- Experience with OSS/infrastructure management tools (installation, configuration, and development)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn beyond core expertise
