Financial Specialis Intern

Are you detail-oriented and good with numbers? If you're ready to take on a key financial role, apply now and join their team as a Finance Intern!
Your Tasks
- Issue invoices, credit notes, accountancy letters, and other documents
- Support internal and external auditing
- Support process and system optimization
- Apply payments via online banking based on internal authorization
- Daily cash arrangement and bank balance management
- Check and maintain bank accounts of vendors and customers
- Track and reconcile balance sheet (receivables and payables) with cash movement and report any discrepancies, including taxes
- Prepare accounting documents for booking, including backup documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Support tax reporting and cash flow forecasting
- Support internal and external auditing
Your Qualifications
- At least bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Excellent command of English, Hungarian and Chinese in both writing and speaking (B2 at least)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and BI are preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Availability to work around 20-30 hours per week
