If you are precise, punctual, cooperative and flexible, are proficient in Windows applications (Excel, PPT), fluent in English and would like to work in a multinational environment, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Now you can join us as an intern, where you will support the logistics team.
Your Tasks
- Assist supervisor to finish the daily operations of vehicle sales and logistics operation for the business of regional area.
- Maintain and update databases about daily operations of vehicle logistics, like Gate-in, customs, transport, retrofit, Gate-out , and delivery to dealer/distributor warehouse.
- Coordinate with HQ or global branches for production and shipment fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to contracted partners.
- Cooperate with the Product and Finance teams to obtain the necessary documents for submission to factoring bank for vehicle delivery.
- Monitor incoming shipments and organize relevant processes for inspection and distribution to final destination.
- Provide regular sales and inventory reports as required.
- Finish the temperory work assigned by line-manager.
Your Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry
- Proficiency in data processing, forecasting, and planning
- Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal
- English and Mandarin as working language
- Strong competence in Excel for data analysis
- Open-minded, flexible, coordination and analytical skills
- Ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
- Supply chain or international trading knowledge
