Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join their Group Material Master team, supporting their product business with high-quality data management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks

- Preparing and managing manufacturer material data for maintenance business
- Researching and consolidating technical device information from suppliers
- Creating, updating, and monitoring material master data in SAP
- Ensuring accuracy of product content, correcting errors, and collaborating to enhance quality
- Providing regular and ad hoc reports
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French
- Min. 1+ years of experience in complex electronic data management
- Detail-oriented
- Skilled in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple requests
- Resolving customer issues effectively
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IT industry and technologies
- Experience in multinational teams
