We are looking for a new employee for the position of "Purchaser" 

an international, innovative company in Somogy County:

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the purchasing, sourcing evaluation, assessment and selection,negotiation, performance monitoring activities that could generate more cost saving for the company, Sourcing,purchasing required supplies and services at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Manage and assess vendors and suppliers’ performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices, ensure all the criteria’s are met according to the company’s requirements and expectation.
  • Deal with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, products sample request, pricing and etc.
  • Conduct supplier auditor visits, certification and performance reviews to develop and continuously improve supply base.
  • Resolve delivery and quality issues to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams for cost control and recommend purchasing process improvements.
  • Responsible to process purchase orders in the ERP system
  • Practice and implement in accordance to the requirement of ISO Standard.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies match the requirement of individual orders.
  • To prepare Purchase Order and update outstanding PO.
  • Plan and arrange the orders to be deliver as the schedule.
  • Make sure the invoice is the same as the amount of the goods arriving before handing it over to the Accounts department.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in project management , Supply chain management or other related field 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Purchase / buyer field is required
  • SAP & ERP operation experience is required . Familiar with Office software
  • Good Communication Skills, Analytical & Negotiation Skills is an added advantage.
  • Good Hungarian and English languages in spoken and written forms.
