Our client, a global software development and consulting firm, provides high-quality digital transformation, process optimization, and IT consulting solutions. Known for tailoring services to client needs, they are committed to excellence and building strategic, long-term partnerships.
As they celebrate one year in their Budapest office, our client is looking to strengthen their HR team with a dedicated HR Specialist. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience, eager to grow and take on new responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations and enhancing HR processes as the organization continues to expand.
Your Tasks
- Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure a smooth and organized process.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees, addressing HR questions and providing support as needed.
- Improve HR processes by handling paperwork efficiently and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage and track employee paperwork, including new hires, promotions, transfers, address updates, additional payments, status changes, and exits, with confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, guidelines, procedures, and documentation to support best practices, reviewing them regularly.
- Collaborate closely with the team to provide necessary support for everyone’s success.
- Contribute to a positive office culture by supporting initiatives that foster a motivating work environment.
Your Qualifications
- 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR generalist or HR support role.
- Excellent communication skills in German, English and Hungarian .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy keeping things structured and efficient.
- Good understanding of HR processes and how they work in practice.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and improve how things are done.
- Comfortable with Hungarian labor law and HR administration.
- Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important topics
