Our partner is a leading independent technology provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organizations to source, transform, and manage IT infrastructure, facilitating digital transformation worldwide. They are currently seeking German speaking First Line Analysts, to join their Budapest team and collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve user IT issues.
Your Tasks
- Answering support queries via tools, phone and email
- Keeping daily contact with users calling from all over Europe
- Resolving IT issues of our partners which can occur during the course of office work
- Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level
Your Qualifications
- Fluent or intermediate English, AND German language knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Good problem solving skills
- Customer orientated personality
- Strong MS Office skills
