Our client is a company in the parquet flooring industry with a strong presence in national and international markets. They are always striving for innovation and excellence in our processes and products. To support their continuous growth and production goals, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to strengthen their team.

Feladataim

Planning, controlling, and optimizing production processes while considering efficiency, quality, and costs
Leading and developing a team of production workers, including personnel deployment planning, training, and performance evaluation
Monitoring production processes and implementing measures for process improvement
Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards in production
Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth production flow
Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of production facilities
Creating and monitoring the production budget
Analyzing production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

Az Ön képzettségi szintje

Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
7+ years of professional experience in a production environment with parquet
Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong understanding of production processes and lean management principles
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office and production planning software
Excellent analytical skills and experience in handling production metrics
Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a dynamic environment
