Warehouse and Order Planning Management Intern

If you are precise, punctual, cooperative and flexible, are proficient in Windows applications (Excel, PPT), fluent in English and Chinese and would like to work in a multinational environment, then this is a great opportunity for you!
Your Tasks
- Ensure the supply of parts, manage optimal inventory levels, and place orders with suppliers
- Collect and analyze distributor KPI data to assist warehouse operations
- Manage all shipping documents for incoming and outgoing goods, including all quality assurance (certifications)
- Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team's inventory control function
- Track and collect payments from customers
Your Qualifications
- At least 20 working hours per week
- Management major students with legal residency status
- Language requirements: Chinese and English (Hungarian other European language is nice to have)
- Proficient in Excel data analysis and PPT report creation
- I am interested in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills , and a strong learning ability
- Possesses excellent numerical and inventory calculation skills
