On behalf of our international partner, we are seeking a commercially minded lawyer to support complex commercial transactions and provide practical legal guidance to business stakeholders. The role offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, regulatory matters, and cross-border projects within a dynamic international environment.
Your Tasks
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Provide practical legal advice to business and sales stakeholders
- Support customer tenders, RFPs and contract negotiations
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks
- Advise on regulatory, compliance and data-related matters
- Support cross-border projects and strategic business initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their business impact
- Liaise with external counsel when required
Your Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with relevant legal education
- Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and contract negotiations
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal matters
Nice to Have
- Experience within the technology, telecommunications, IT, SaaS or digital services sector
- In-house legal experience
- Knowledge of EU law and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with data protection, cybersecurity or AI-related legal matters
- Experience supporting international or cross-border transactions
