Our partner is an internationally well-known, market-leading technology company, and we are now looking for a Sales Excellence position to join their team.
Your Tasks
- Reporting Assistance: provide consistent reporting across all initiatives to drive consistency to the different Microsoft involved teams. Provide ongoing review in the existing reporting inventory to recommend enhancements and consolidation where possible.
- Business Analysis: providing insights and supporting various processes
- Program management: drive adoption of corporate and regional programs. Increase awareness among country teams, provide insights on gaps, and suggest improvement ideas.
- Working with various country teams, supporting area programs execution
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, background in Economics and/or Finance is preferred
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with reporting, Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (Pivots, “VLookUp” conditional formulas and formatting)
- Advantage: Standard user of Dynamics CRM and PowerBI
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, excellent presentation skills
- Excellent English - all communication happens in English
- Ability to lead meetings internally
- Proven experience of business partnership and project management
- Growth mindset seeking to optimize processes by understanding the desired business outcome
- Advantage: Microsoft OCP related initiatives, tools and business processes knowledge
