- Coordinating the hotel and flight booking of our customers
- Changing booking details on hotel and flight bookings
- Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve basic to complex support problems for customer inquiries received via email and phone (and occasionally live chat).
- Administratively process the customer experience cases via different computer applications
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity.
- Good problem solving skills
