- Your job will be to help our clients like city management centers, factories and internet service providers
- Handling queries from external clients
- Holding contact with the clients and the on-site behalf colleagues
- Providing lead to the local service providers and on-site behalf colleagues
- Following up requests and escalating cases to the relevant experts
- Service status lookup and reporting
- Solving case status reports In this role it is up to you if one of the cities have access to the internet or not.
- Can you help us keeping alive?
- Fluency in English and French
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A ‘Can-do’ attitude with a team-player attitude who can also work as an Individual
- Experience in SSC or in First line Analyst position is an advantage
- Multitasking with great time and stress management skills
- The ability to learn new things
