German speaking Billing Accountant

We are looking for YOU if you are ready to join our multinational and fast growing partner and you are the prospective team member who has good Excel skills!

Your Tasks

  • Billing preparation, billing and month end closure
  • Pariticipation in billing meetings / phone conferences 
  • Billing in SAP, manual filing (previous SAP experience is not a must)
  • Responsible for control status of small projects
  • Month end closure: billing of all invoices during month and also month end
  • If necessary responsible for accrued revenue process 
  • Controlling / Reporting for Service Management and customer
  • Budget Controlling
  • Creating ad hoc reports

Your Qualifications

  • Upper Intermediate English AND German knowledge 
  • University or college degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
  • 1 years of experience in service industry 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Process and customer orientated attitude
