Your Tasks


  • Reception of Clients and Guests
  • Coordination and administration of business travels
  • Accommodation management
  • Perform filing and data recording
  • Daily administration tasks and postal administration
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Compilation of travel offers, preparation of price offers
  • Preparation of travel documents and necessary permits
  • Contact and cooperation with hotels, airlines and other service providers
  • Audit preparation
  • Pool car administration
  • Active participation in events organization

Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree, 3 years experience in receptionist position
  • Native Hungarian language skills
  • Fluent in English, German language is advantage
  • Ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management & problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in M365
  • Focused, structured, accurate, proactive, agile attitude
