- will be part of payment & Risk team who seat under customer operation.
- managing all Chargeback, Dispute & Claims activity of the business.
- following ups for all charge backs & claims of all payment gateways.
- coordinating chargebacks and dispute process.
- gather necessary information/documentation formally or informally through the Claim /chargeback process.
- fluent English is a must
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- general knowledge of credit union operations is advantage
- experience in Charge back & Claims coordination or in similar role is a must
